Primary Teacher – ASD Provision (Hounslow)

About the role

Reeson Education is partnering with a high‑achieving mainstream primary school in Hounslow to recruit a Primary Teacher for its dedicated Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) provision. The role starts in September 2026 and offers the chance to teach a small, specialised class while contributing to an inclusive school community.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to the learning needs of pupils with autism and additional needs.
• Provide academic and social support to help pupils achieve their potential.
• Collaborate closely with Teaching Assistants, the SENCO and the wider inclusion team.
• Maintain a calm, positive and nurturing classroom environment.
• Participate actively in the broader school community and extracurricular activities.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Experience teaching in a UK primary school.
• Strong commitment to inclusive education and willingness to develop SEN expertise.
• Positive, patient and resilient attitude.
• Both early‑career teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply.
