About the role
Reed Education is seeking qualified Foundation Supply Teachers to cover high‑demand primary schools across Hampshire, with an immediate start in Southampton and surrounding areas. The role offers flexible, day‑to‑day teaching assignments in foundation, KS1, KS2 and reception classrooms.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons for foundation‑stage pupils on a day‑by‑day basis.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Follow existing lesson plans with minimal preparation and marking requirements.
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and curricula.
- Provide accurate attendance and progress records as required.
Required profile
- Qualified teacher with experience in the foundation stage.
- Reliable, confident and able to work independently.
- Passionate about early years education and supporting pupil development.
