Primary Teacher – Supply (Temporary) – Medway Area

About the role
Reed Education is seeking qualified primary teachers for supply work across the Medway area. These temporary assignments offer flexible days and hours, allowing educators to provide day‑to‑day cover in a variety of local schools while gaining diverse classroom experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver planned lessons and adapt curriculum to meet each school's requirements.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe learning environment.
- Provide continuity of learning for pupils during staff absences.
- Collaborate with school staff to integrate smoothly into different school settings.
- Complete any required administrative tasks such as attendance records and lesson reflections.
Required profile
- Qualified teacher with a recognized teaching qualification.
- Registered with the appropriate teaching authority in the UK.
- Experience in primary education (Key Stages 1‑2).
- Flexibility to work across multiple schools on short notice.
