Prime Brokerage & Client Relationship Management Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Prime Brokerage & Client Relationship Management Specialist to support a leading global investment banking and asset management client within their Global Banking & Markets division. The role involves managing the end‑to‑end onboarding of Prime Brokerage, Futures Clearing and DCS clients and acting as the main point of contact for legal, operational and regulatory coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Support client queries and manage the onboarding process from mandate to go‑live.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Credit, Risk and Operations to fulfil onboarding requests.
• Liaise with downstream teams and stakeholders for ongoing client onboarding.
• Monitor progress of internal initiatives and projects related to client onboarding.
• Develop and deliver data information across the business and build relationships with front‑office sales and downstream teams.

Required profile

• Experience in Prime Brokerage Operations, New Business or Onboarding.
• Previous client‑facing or relationship management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to work under pressure.

What we offer

• Day rate of £252 (inside IR35) via Umbrella Company.
• Initial 6‑month contract with the possibility of extension.
• Full‑time onsite role in London, Monday‑Friday 08:30‑18:30.
