Principal 360 Recruitment Consultant – Corporate Governance (London)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Principal 360 Recruitment Consultant to lead the launch and growth of our US Corporate Governance division from our London office. You will have full autonomy to build your own desk while leveraging the resources of an established international recruitment business.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete 360 recruitment lifecycle – from business development and client acquisition to candidate management, offer negotiation and placement.
• Drive the expansion of the US Corporate Governance practice by winning new business and cultivating a strong client portfolio.
• Develop trusted relationships with clients and candidates across Audit, Risk and Compliance markets.
• Negotiate commercial terms, offers and contracts to achieve successful outcomes.
• Build a high‑performing desk and contribute to a collaborative, ambitious team culture.

Required profile

• Proven success in a 360 permanent recruitment role with a strong track record of business development.
• Experience recruiting within Corporate Governance markets (Audit, Risk, Compliance) is highly desirable.
• Passion for winning new business, opening doors and building long‑term client relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with resilience to build a market from the ground up.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a high‑performing team.
