About the role

Forterro is building MyForterro.ai, a central cloud and AI platform that serves customers across its specialised industrial software portfolio. The Principal Product Marketing role will shape the usage‑led monetisation strategy, turning platform engagement into paid adoption, expansion and durable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the usage‑led monetisation strategy for MyForterro.ai, establishing qualified usage signals that predict paid adoption and expansion.
• Design the free‑to‑paid value architecture, including paywall, upgrade logic and tier progression for platform and AI services.
• Develop structured expansion paths from platform access through AI‑enabled offerings and define ICP‑led monetisation priorities.
• Partner with Deal Desk to ensure pricing discipline, protect monetisation integrity and specify instrumentation to track conversion and revenue impact.
• Enable Sales and Partners with clear upgrade narratives and monitor performance, surfacing risks to scalability or pricing erosion.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years in Product Marketing or strategic GTM roles, with proven experience converting usage into paid adoption and expansion.
• Demonstrated involvement in pricing, packaging and upgrade architecture within SaaS, cloud or AI‑enabled product environments.
• Track record of operating in multi‑product or portfolio‑based organisations, preferably in ERP or vertical industrial software.

Required skills

• Strong commercial and systems thinking with ability to translate product usage data into monetisation strategy.
• Experience designing pricing, packaging and upgrade architectures for SaaS, cloud or AI monetisation models.
• Evidence‑led decision making and ability to influence senior stakeholders across Product, Sales and Deal Desk.
