Principal Recruitment Consultant – Lead US 360 Team

About the role

We are seeking a Principal Recruitment Consultant to lead our US‑focused 360 recruitment team. This senior position offers full autonomy to shape the AI and data‑tech offering in the United States while working within a stable, well‑reputed company.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small existing recruitment team delivering 360 consulting services for US clients.
• Build and expand the AI‑driven talent acquisition offering in the US market.
• Collaborate closely with data‑engineering consultants to leverage their relationships and expertise.
• Manage US‑centric working hours (11 am–7 pm) and maintain strong business development pipelines.
• Drive revenue growth through a proven BD methodology in data, tech, and IT sectors.

Required profile

• Significant experience in senior or principal recruitment roles, preferably within data, technology or IT markets.
• Demonstrated success in business development and pipeline management.
• Ability to work independently, mentor a team and influence strategic direction.
• Comfortable with US working hours and remote collaboration.
