Private Client Director – Financial Adviser for HNW Clients

About the role

We are partnering with an international investment management and financial planning firm to hire a Private Client Director. This senior financial adviser will focus on high‑net‑worth individuals, managing portfolios typically starting at £600‑£700k of investable assets. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the UK while leveraging the company’s marketing and tele‑marketing teams for lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new high‑net‑worth clients, converting 15‑20 qualified appointments per month.
• Provide tailored investment advice and financial planning services to meet client objectives.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the marketing and tele‑marketing teams to optimise lead quality and conversion rates.
• Adhere to regulatory and compliance standards in all client interactions.

Required profile

• Proven track record of generating new client business in a financial services environment.
• Level 4 qualification in financial advice with solid knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

What we offer

• Basic salary of £60,000 plus an attractive bonus scheme.
• Potential earnings of £100‑£150k in year 1, rising to £200‑£250k by years 3‑4, with top performers earning £400‑£500k+.
