Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review wills, trusts and related estate planning documents.
• Draft and manage lasting powers of attorney.
• Handle both contentious and non‑contentious probate matters.
• Represent clients in court of protection proceedings.
• Maintain and develop a diverse private client portfolio.
• Provide high‑quality client service and advice throughout the matter lifecycle.

Required profile
