Private Equity Off-Cycle Internship in London (Jan 2027)

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated intern to join Mubadala Capital’s Private Equity team in London for an off‑cycle placement starting in January 2027. The role offers hands‑on exposure to investment sourcing, analysis and portfolio monitoring within a leading global alternative asset manager.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research and financial analysis on potential investment opportunities.
• Develop investment models and present recommendations to the investment team.
• Support due diligence efforts and manage investment documentation.
• Assist with portfolio management and performance tracking.

Required profile

• Demonstrated interest in investing or finance, either through academic study or extracurricular activities.
• Some prior experience such as internships in investment banking, consulting or private equity.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Intellectually curious with a passion for technology and a self‑starter, “can‑do” attitude.
