Private Equity Partnerships Lead – EMEA

About the role

We are building a dedicated Private Equity (PE) partnerships motion to help Clay scale across PE firm portfolios. This foundational role will create repeatable programs, from firm entry to portfolio activation, and prove value at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Map and prioritize the PE landscape, identifying firms, funds, and portfolios aligned with Clay's GTM value.
• Build relationships with Operating Partners and Value Creation teams to understand fund priorities and timing.
• Develop PE‑specific narrative and materials such as decks, pilot frameworks, and ROI overviews.
• Design portfolio entry models (pilots, GTM diagnostics, enablement cohorts) and convert relationships into structured engagements.
• Coordinate with GTM Engineering, Enterprise, RevOps, and Legal on pilots and commercial terms.
• Design and execute scaled activation programs (webinars, cohorts, workshops) that reach many portfolio companies simultaneously.
• Build repeatable infrastructure that drives adoption with minimal 1:1 touch.
• Define portfolio‑level success metrics (adoption, time‑to‑value, ARR growth, GTM efficiency) and translate outcomes into executive‑ready narratives.

Required profile

• 6–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS partnerships, program management, GTM strategy, value creation, consulting, or revenue operations.
• Experience presenting to Private Equity Operating Partners, Value Creation teams, or portfolio executives.
• Enjoy building scalable programs and systems rather than bespoke 1:1 solutions.
• Strong systems‑thinking ability and comfort designing workflows that reduce manual work.
• Fluent in translating technical capabilities into business and financial impact.
• Bias toward measuring adoption, ARR, efficiency, and outcomes.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building new motions from scratch.
• Clear, credible communication with senior executives and internal stakeholders.
