Procurement Consultant (Active SC Clearance Required)

About the role

This role offers a procurement professional the chance to join a leading consultancy‑driven organisation in London, focusing on strategic sourcing and supply‑chain optimisation for high‑value construction and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing activities across designated categories.
• Drive cost optimisation, supplier performance and value‑creation initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior internal stakeholders.
• Support the development of category strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage negotiations and contracts with key strategic suppliers.
• Contribute to ongoing procurement transformation and best‑practice improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic procurement or category management.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability.
• Experience operating in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Background in large corporate, consulting or regulated settings – public‑sector experience preferred.
• Understanding of PA23 regulations and infrastructure‑focused procurement.
• Active Security Check (SC) clearance.
