Procurement Workplace Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Workplace Lead to manage category sourcing and contract management for Workplace, HR and Corporate Services across the UK & Ireland. The role will drive sourcing projects, build supplier relationships and ensure alignment with global and regional category strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Implement global and regional category strategies for UK&I projects.
• Identify sourcing opportunities through spend analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing activities including market research, RFP development, supplier evaluation, negotiation and award.
• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts, service level agreements and compliance.
• Support adoption of preferred suppliers and negotiated contracts within purchasing systems.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with procurement processes, regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor category KPIs and savings targets.

Required profile

• Solid experience in procurement, sourcing or category management.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a matrix organisation.
• Understanding of local market nuances and ability to communicate them.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and collaborative approach.

• Competitive salary range £46,000 – £69,000 per year.
• Hybrid working model with 1‑2 days per week onsite in London.
