Product Designer

About the role

Yonder is building a modern financial membership and needs a Product Designer to turn complex financial concepts into simple, delightful experiences. You will join a small, high‑impact squad with a senior product manager and two engineers, owning design from early concepts through to the final product in members’ hands.

Key responsibilities

• Transform complex problems into clear, effortless user flows and high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Design beautiful, premium‑feeling digital experiences that keep users coming back.
• Run user research and usability testing alongside the product manager, gradually taking ownership of research projects.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and the product manager from the first sketch, ensuring the final product feels built by a single team.
• Balance speed and polish, deciding when to ship quickly for feedback and when to refine details.
• Contribute to and evolve Yonder’s design system to maintain consistency and quality.

Required profile

• Strong visual craft – typography, layout, colour, spacing, hierarchy and motion.
• Several years of product design experience, preferably on digital or native mobile products.
• Passion for mobile‑first design and experience shipping mobile experiences.
• Comfort with end‑to‑end design work, from user research to final visual details.
• Open to frequent feedback, collaborative communication and impact‑focused mindset.
