Product Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Product Development Executive to shape and deliver product strategies that increase supporter engagement, meet fan needs, and drive revenue growth for one of the world’s most iconic football clubs.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full product lifecycle from idea generation through launch, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements, prioritise features, create roadmaps, and promote digital products.
• Oversee design planning, managing wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity designs to deliver a seamless supporter experience.
• Lead development and testing activities, guaranteeing products meet supporter expectations.
• Conduct competitive analysis and gather supporter feedback to inform product evolution.
• Monitor industry trends and share insights to maintain best‑in‑class practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product development, from concept to launch.
• Strong understanding of agile frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a fast‑paced workload.
• Effective communicator capable of influencing senior stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Research‑driven mindset with experience in qualitative and quantitative market research.
• Team‑player who supports and guides colleagues to achieve shared goals.
