Product Manager – EMEA

About the role

Airbnb is looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of new product experiences for the EMEA region. You will work closely with the International Product Marketing team, engineering, design, data science and local market teams to turn user insights into market‑ready features.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product features and marketing strategies for EMEA based on user research and market analysis.
• Collaborate with global and country‑specific teams to launch major releases and test‑and‑learn pilots.
• Champion regional customization requests and ensure successful delivery of new capabilities.
• Partner with communications and marketing to craft public and media messaging for product launches.
• Own the product lifecycle from concept through release, measuring impact and iterating as needed.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of the travel and hospitality industry at both market and regional levels.
• Proven track record of driving product innovation and delivering successful product launches.
• Highly collaborative, able to influence cross‑functional teams across multiple geographies.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate user pain points into actionable product solutions.
