Product Manager – Hybrid (Manchester/Leeds)

About the role

Interactive Investor is seeking a Product Manager to join its Product Team. Working hybrid three days a week in Manchester or Leeds, you will help shape the product strategy for the UK’s leading flat‑fee investment platform.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Product Managers, Heads of Digital Product and senior stakeholders to align product initiatives with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a squad of Product Analysts/Owners, ensuring clear strategic direction and effective delivery.
• Own discovery activities, validate ideas using quantitative and qualitative data, and share learnings across the organisation.
• Define, monitor and act on key performance indicators to identify trends, problems and opportunities.
• Occasionally act as Product Owner, managing backlogs and supporting light project‑management tasks.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑obsession with a data‑driven mindset.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop product teams.
• Excellent communication skills for working with subject‑matter experts, senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Experience in prioritising discovery work and challenging assumptions about product solutions.
