Product Marketing Associate

About the role

Join Primer’s Product Marketing team, responsible for product positioning, launch strategy and market adoption of the core product lines. You will work closely with product, sales and senior leadership, reporting to the Product Marketing Lead and collaborating with product and marketing leads across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Build the partner marketing engine end‑to‑end, delivering messaging assets and post‑launch reporting.
• Develop product positioning, value propositions and messaging for partner features in collaboration with product and marketing teams.
• Create and execute impactful campaigns for the partner ecosystem.
• Collect and analyse market insights to refine customer and persona journeys for targeted marketing.
• Report on initiative performance – adoption, engagement and activation – on a regular cadence.
• Write campaign assets, briefs and enablement material, adapting them across channels without needing new templates.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of B2B SaaS marketing or product marketing experience, owning end‑to‑end go‑to‑market launches.
• Ability to translate technical product details into messaging that resonates with technical buyers or partners.
• Strong written communication and storytelling skills across multiple channels.
• Motivated team player who is humble, ambitious and eager to drive impact.
