Production Assistant – Fashion Photo & Video Shoots

About the role

ME+EM is seeking a proactive Production Assistant to support the planning and execution of photo and video shoots across campaigns, lookbooks, e‑commerce and social media. Working within a small, agile production team, you will gain hands‑on experience in every stage of fashion production, from pre‑production logistics to on‑set coordination and post‑production organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Production team in coordinating campaign, lookbook, e‑commerce and social shoots.
• Create and manage call sheets, schedules, crew communications, contracts and invoices.
• Source, recce and book locations, studios, props, equipment and production services.
• Arrange travel and accommodation for crew and talent.
• Support risk assessments, health & safety documentation and production paperwork.
• Maintain and organise production equipment and supplies.

Required profile

• Early‑career professional with a passion for fashion and content creation.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with creative and brand teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in creating and managing production documentation (call sheets, schedules, contracts).
• Experience with location scouting, booking logistics and travel coordination.
• Knowledge of health & safety procedures and risk assessment processes.
