Production Manager (Line Lead) – Manufacturing

About the role

As a Line Lead at KP Snacks, you’ll play a key role in delivering safe, efficient and high‑quality production. You will be responsible for people, plant, product and process performance, leading a manufacturing team to achieve operational targets while fostering a positive, engaged culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team by setting clear expectations, coaching, conducting performance reviews and promoting continuous improvement.
• Drive daily production performance, managing output, quality, safety and cost targets while responding to operational challenges.
• Deliver operational excellence through effective planning, loss elimination and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain food safety, quality, health, safety and hygiene standards, promoting a strong safety‑first culture.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to resolve issues, improve performance and ensure Right First Time production.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of food manufacturing and ability to maintain quality, safety and efficiency in a fast‑paced environment.
• Leadership and problem‑solving skills with a focus on safety‑first and customer‑focused culture.
• Proven track record of achieving production KPIs and SLAs.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma (desirable, with willingness to learn).
• Commitment to KP values – positive, can‑do attitude, teamwork and adaptability.
