Production Operative – Powder Manufacturing (Shift)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Production Operatives to join the Powder Manufacturing Department on a 14:00‑22:00 shift. You will work on a fast‑moving line that packs powdered food products into 25 kg bags, supporting a trusted food‑manufacturing business.

Key responsibilities

• Measure and prepare raw ingredients according to batch specifications.
• Transport prepared ingredients to the production line safely and efficiently.
• Operate and monitor the production line to ensure continuous, accurate packing of powders.
• Perform routine quality checks and report any deviations from standards.
• Carry out basic equipment maintenance and daily safety inspections.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with health‑and‑safety policies.

Required profile

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail to uphold product quality.
• Physical fitness for handling 25 kg bags and moving materials.
• Team‑oriented attitude and flexibility to work overtime when needed.
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing setting is desirable but not essential.
