TIG Welder – Premium Stainless Steel Products

About the role

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join SpaFlo’s specialist manufacturing team in Widnes. You will work on high‑end stainless steel components for luxury pools, spas, hydrotherapy products and related accessories, ensuring the highest standards of precision and finish.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality TIG welds on stainless steel components and fabricated assemblies.
• Interpret engineering drawings and fabrication specifications to meet required tolerances.
• Prepare materials, perform fit‑up, and execute weld preparation.
• Grind and dress welds to achieve smooth, seamless finishes.
• Polish stainless steel surfaces to a high cosmetic standard.
• Inspect work throughout the process, identifying and correcting defects.
• Collaborate with fabricators, engineers and production colleagues on bespoke projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a TIG Welder working with stainless steel.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering premium finishes.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
• Team‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills.

What we offer

• Competitive salary £35,000‑£45,000 per annum
• Full‑time permanent contract
• Monday‑Thursday 7:30 am‑4:00 pm, Friday 7:30 am‑3:00 pm
