Production Operator – Generic Pharmaceuticals (Liquids)

About the role

LM Manufacturing is seeking a Production Operator to support the manufacture of liquid medicines in a clean, regulated environment. You will work on rotating shifts, contributing to bulk preparation, filling, packing and cleaning activities while adhering to strict GMP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare bulk liquids and operate bottling and filling equipment.
• Pack finished products and perform cleaning tasks in the production area.
• Complete production records and follow GMP procedures.
• Support quality, hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Report equipment issues or deviations promptly.

Required profile

• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
• Detail‑focused and able to follow procedures.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts on a 7‑day rota.
• Committed to high standards of safety and quality.

Required skills

• Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) awareness.
• Experience operating bottling equipment.
• Experience with packing lines.
• Ability to operate production equipment for liquid medicines.
