Production Operator – Late Shift (Full‑Time)

About the role

Join a global manufacturing company as a Production Operator on the late shift (3 pm – 11 pm) in Petersfield. You will work in a modern, clean facility, supporting the production line to meet daily output targets while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Pack and prepare finished products for dispatch.
• Cap and label items according to specifications.
• Palletise goods for storage and shipment.
• Perform manual handling tasks safely.
• Follow clear procedures and product specifications.
• Maintain GMP compliance and high quality standards.

Required profile

• Reliable, hardworking and able to work a fast‑paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and positive team attitude.
• No prior experience required – full training will be provided.

Required skills

• Basic manual handling techniques.
• Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines.
