Programmatic Account Manager – 9‑Month Maternity Cover

About the role

We are seeking a Programmatic Account Manager to provide nine‑month maternity cover for a leading media agency in London. This fixed‑term role runs until May 2027 and combines office attendance (1‑2 days per week at London Bridge) with remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end programmatic campaign management for a portfolio of high‑profile clients.
• Plan, activate, optimise, and report on large‑scale programmatic buys across multiple markets.
• Manage and support an offshore activation team to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintain campaign budgets, pacing, and performance targets.
• Produce insightful reports and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Drive best‑practice adoption and improve internal processes.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of programmatic experience within a media agency.
• Hands‑on knowledge of DV360 and The Trade Desk platforms.
• Proven track record of managing campaigns from briefing to final reporting.
• Experience overseeing offshore activation teams is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication skills with senior client and stakeholder contacts.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
