Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to join an established business in Poole. The role blends customer‑facing sales coordination, project management and estimating, giving you the chance to guide projects from enquiry through to invoicing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries from initial contact to project completion.
• Visit customer sites to assess requirements and propose bespoke solutions.
• Prepare competitive quotations and follow up new business opportunities.
• Coordinate projects with production and logistics teams.
• Act as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build long‑term customer relationships through excellent service.
• Prepare documentation, support accurate invoicing and ensure timely project delivery.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Commercial awareness with confidence preparing quotations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, logistics, export, production, estimating or project coordination is advantageous.
