Project Manager – Cat B Office Fit Out (London)

About the role

We are seeking a confident Project Manager to lead Cat B office fit‑out projects across London. You will work directly with occupiers, landlords and corporate clients, guiding projects from brief through to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of Cat B commercial workplace fit‑out projects, from inception to close‑out.
• Coordinate design teams, cost consultants, contractors and building managers.
• Control programme schedules, track risks, produce reports and administer contracts.
• Chair project meetings, liaise with contractors and keep stakeholders informed.
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget and to a high quality standard.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a construction consultancy environment.
• Strong background in Cat B office fit‑out projects.
• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or related field, or equivalent professional qualification (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB).
• Good knowledge of JCT contracts.
• Proactive, client‑facing attitude with excellent stakeholder management.
