Project Manager – Construction Consultancy (South West)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential and healthcare construction projects across the South West. You will act as the primary advisor to clients, overseeing design and delivery teams from feasibility through to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from inception to handover within a consultancy environment.
• Provide strategic construction advice to ensure client objectives are met.
• Manage procurement, cost, programme and quality across multiple projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design and construction teams, maintaining clear communication.
• Proactively manage risks and change to keep projects aligned with client expectations.
• Support senior leaders and contribute to business development and client relationships.

Required profile

• Experience in construction project management within a consultancy or client‑side setting.
• Strong understanding of the built environment, ideally across commercial, residential or healthcare sectors.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders, budgets and programmes effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑first approach.
• Professional qualification (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB) or working towards one is desirable.
