Project Manager – Cut & Carve Hotel Projects (London)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high‑profile, eight‑storey, 400‑unit hotel refurbishment and new‑build project in Central London. You will own the delivery from site set‑up through to handover, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of construction projects from pre‑construction and design coordination to practical completion.
• Manage day‑to‑day site activities, site logistics, welfare facilities and access arrangements.
• Identify, assess and mitigate programme risks, producing short‑term and phase‑specific plans.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, plant and equipment to align with programme requirements.
• Oversee temporary works processes and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Chair regular coordination meetings with stakeholders, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate project records, reporting and audit documentation.
• Conduct regular health, safety and environmental inspections.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale construction projects from inception to handover.
• Strong ability to manage site operations safely, on schedule and within budget.
• Demonstrated skill in risk identification and mitigation.
• Experience working closely with consultants, design teams and senior leadership.
• Ability to motivate and develop site management teams and subcontractors.
