Project Manager II – Remote (UK)

About the role

Payscale, the pioneer of compensation intelligence, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead implementations of its compensation management software across the UK, Canada, North America and Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate teams in multiple geographic locations, communicating project progress and taking accountability for delivery.
• Develop and maintain an end‑to‑end project plan that meets scope, time, budget and quality criteria.
• Provide timely, precise and comprehensive project management information (MI).
• Identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, ensuring mitigation plans are executed or escalated.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, support process improvement initiatives and share best practices within the PM community.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education (preferred) and formal project management training (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and detail‑oriented skills with the ability to organize and manage.
• Solid change‑management experience and proven delivery of global projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management at all organizational levels.
• Proactive self‑starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
