Project Manager – Lincoln (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Lincoln‑based team, delivering projects for Lincolnshire County Council and other clients. The role offers hybrid working with regular office attendance and site meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers and stakeholder communication strategies.
• Create and manage schedules using MS Project and control budgets through company finance systems.
• Facilitate workshops, run project meetings and produce clear progress reports for clients.
• Handle contract administration, advise on procurement and manage change control within client governance.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• HNC/HND or equivalent in a built‑environment discipline, plus APM PMQ or equivalent and APM membership.
• Experience delivering medium to high‑complexity projects valued over £5 m or leading projects between £500 k‑£5 m.
• Strong organisational ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining detail.
• Confident presenter who can build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Project for schedule management.
• Contract administration and procurement knowledge.
