Project Manager – Mobilisation (Buckinghamshire)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the mobilisation of multiple specialist healthcare service development projects for an independent provider in Buckinghamshire. This 18‑month fixed‑term role offers a salary of £80,000‑£85,000 per year and requires a strong commitment to on‑site delivery and national travel.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of capital projects, including the mobilisation of a new specialist care facility.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, contractors, suppliers and operational teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time and within regulatory standards.
• Manage project budgets, schedules and risk registers, providing regular progress reports to senior leadership.
• Oversee site attendance (approximately four days per week) and adapt working hours to meet project demands.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale healthcare or construction projects.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and maintain a strong on‑site presence.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and adhere to regulatory requirements.
