Property Adjuster – Remote (North East England)

About the role
We are looking for a General Property Adjuster, certified (CILA), to work remotely while covering the North East England region and surrounding areas. You will manage a portfolio of domestic property losses up to £100,000, guiding each claim from initial report to final settlement.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and settle domestic property loss claims up to £100,000 on a cradle‑to‑grave basis.
- Investigate claim details, verify policy coverage, and establish factual evidence.
- Communicate with policyholders empathetically, ensuring a calm and professional approach.
- Maintain accurate records and progress claims efficiently to resolution.
Required profile
- Certified in CILA (Certificate or Diploma).
- Experience handling domestic property loss claims.
- Ability to work independently from home and manage a mixed caseload.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills.
