About the role
We are looking for a motivated trainee to join our property claims team. The role is home‑based and offers a clear pathway from handling virtual assessments to becoming a field‑based loss adjuster.
Key responsibilities
- Manage domestic and commercial property loss files from initial report to settlement.
- Conduct virtual site visits, gather evidence and interview policyholders.
- Make initial loss assessments and recommend settlement amounts.
- Maintain accurate records in the claims management system.
- Progress to field visits as qualifications and experience develop.
Required profile
- Experience handling property claims (domestic, commercial or both).
- Working towards or holding CII or CILA certification.
- Valid driving licence (required for future field work).
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
