Property Administrator – Customer Service Focus

About the role

Join the Leaders team at LRG as a Property Administrator in Pride Park. You will be the main point of contact for tenants and landlords, ensuring a high level of service throughout the tenancy lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Handle telephone and written communications with tenants and landlords from tenancy start to finish.
• Triaging maintenance requests, coordinating with contractors, and updating all parties on progress.
• Make regular well‑being calls to landlords and ensure compliance with legislation and company processes.
• Work with inventory clerks to confirm property inspections and communicate check‑out procedures.
• Assist with non‑managed deposits, the No Deposit Scheme, and the checkout process via the Depositary site.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional telephone manner and strong organisational abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using phone, email and text communication tools.
• Ability to log notes and maintain accurate records.
