Property Administrator

About the role

We are a modern, online‑based estate and lettings agency looking for a part‑time Property Administrator to support the day‑to‑day running of our letting operation. Working approximately 20 hours per week, you will act as the main liaison between landlords, tenants and contractors, ensuring properties are managed efficiently throughout the tenancy lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants on daily matters.
• Manage maintenance requests, coordinate contractors and track repairs.
• Log, follow up and resolve property‑related concerns.
• Handle tenancy documentation, renewals and maintain accurate records.
• Respond to enquiries via phone, email and online platforms.
• Support marketing of vacant properties, including listings and enquiries.
• Arrange and attend occasional property viewings when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in property, lettings or a related environment (desirable but not essential).
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Excellent organisational ability with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities autonomously.
• Calm, professional approach when dealing with issues or complaints.
• UK driving licence desirable.

Required skills

• Apex27 property management system (experience desirable).
