Property Coordinator – End of Tenancy Specialist

About the role

As a Property Coordinator you will join a dedicated team of end‑of‑tenancy specialists, ensuring smooth hand‑overs between tenants and landlords. You will use your communication and negotiation skills to manage deposits, repairs and tenancy queries, helping to minimise void periods and maintain high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate end‑of‑tenancy deposits and resolve related disputes.
• Organise repairs and maintenance at checkout, determining liability according to tenancy agreements.
• Collaborate with the End of Tenancy Deposit team and branch colleagues to schedule refurbishment works.
• Assist customers with tenancy queries such as arrears, rental account information and breach notices.
• Follow landlords’ Terms of Business and tenancy agreements while meeting personal and team KPIs.
• Participate actively in daily team meetings and coaching sessions.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication with confidence in customer interactions.
• Natural negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Ownership of decisions that improve the customer journey.
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
