Property Exposure Management Analyst – Junior & Senior (2 roles)

About the role

Insight Select Ltd is recruiting two analysts for a leading London market insurer’s Exposure Management team. One junior and one senior professional will work on analysing natural catastrophe risk across a global property portfolio, supporting underwriting, regulatory reporting and reinsurance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and monitor property catastrophe exposures across diverse portfolios.
• Produce portfolio roll‑ups, exposure reports and support internal/regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with underwriters to interpret catastrophe model outputs and risk assumptions.
• Assist with catastrophe event response, loss estimation and reinsurance data submissions.
• Contribute to the improvement of exposure management processes and analytics.
• Senior analyst: lead complex analytical projects, mentor junior staff and act as primary contact for property underwriters.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in catastrophe modelling or exposure management.
• Familiarity with property classes of business.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
