Property Lister – Self‑Employed Franchise Opportunity

About the role

Join a proven self‑employed business model as a Property Lister, operating under the support of experienced directors who also run a successful high‑street estate agency. You will work flexibly, setting your own hours while benefiting from comprehensive training, marketing support and access to leading property platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Value and list residential sales, lettings and property management portfolios.
• Utilise the company’s Street CRM and branch website to generate leads.
• Access and manage listings on Rightmove and Zoopla.
• Handle enquiries with head‑office support and maintain client relationships.
• Participate in bi‑weekly Zoom calls and ongoing mentorship with the directors.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as an Estate Agent or Letting Agent.
• Proven ability to value properties and secure listings.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with desire to build an independent business.

Required skills

• CRM usage (Street CRM).
• Familiarity with Rightmove platform.
• Familiarity with Zoopla platform.
