About the role
We are seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor with up to 4 years PQE to join our Cambridge office, focusing on housing and residential property matters.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload including adverse possession claims, restrictive covenants, dilapidations, and property condition disputes.
- Provide advice to colleagues on complex residential property issues within transactional matters.
- Act for a varied client base comprising landlords, tenants and organisations.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor with up to 4 years post‑qualification experience.
- Experience in housing management and residential landlord‑tenant work.
- Ability to work independently and handle a range of property disputes.
