Property Litigation Solicitor – NQ to 4 years PQE – Cambridge

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Property Litigation Solicitor to join our Cambridge office. The role offers a varied day‑to‑day workload, supporting a broad client base that includes private individuals, landlords, tenants and larger organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on contentious residential and mixed‑use property matters.
• Handle disputes arising from the occupation, use and management of housing.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, statements of case and settlement agreements.
• Liaise with clients, opposing counsel and court officials throughout the litigation process.
• Collaborate with the wider property litigation team to develop case strategies.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with NQ to 4 years PQE.
• Experience in housing management‑related work, including residential landlord and tenant matters.
• Completed at least one seat in property litigation (housing) during training.
• Ability to identify relevant legal principles and apply them to client disputes.
