Property Manager – North Oxford Portfolio

About the role

We are seeking an organised and communicative Property Manager to join our specialist team in North Oxford. You will act as the primary liaison between estate owners, leaseholders and service providers, ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operation of a mixed commercial and residential portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee contracted maintenance and manage major works projects.
• Attend client meetings and liaise regularly with surveyors and contractors to resolve complex issues.
• Prepare budgets, produce performance reports and ensure compliance with legal obligations.
• Conduct site inspections, agree scopes of work for repair jobs and enforce Health & Safety regulations.

• Ability to handle complex challenges while building positive relationships.
• Forward‑thinking, entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability to a fast‑paced environment.

• IRPM qualification
