Property Manager – North West London

About the role

Our client, an award‑winning independent estate agency in North West London, is seeking a Property Manager to join their close‑knit team. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional service to landlords and tenants while maintaining a high‑standard portfolio of properties.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily and complex maintenance issues, ensuring urgent works are completed promptly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date compliance and Health & Safety records for the portfolio.
• Arrange inventories, conduct check‑ins, check‑outs and property inspections.
• Report meter readings and void period bills to utility companies.
• Coordinate estimates, organise repairs with contractors, and act as the liaison between landlords and tenants.
• Negotiate deposits and understand the rebuttal process.

Required profile

• Previous property management experience.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organised.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems under pressure and provide client‑facing service.
• Strong administration and IT proficiency.
• Positive attitude and ability to build long‑term landlord relationships.

• Competitive salary £35,000‑£45,000 per year.
• Full‑time role, Monday‑Friday 09:00‑18:00.
