Property Manager – Portfolio of 200 Units

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of roughly 200 residential units in Bournemouth. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, maintaining high tenant satisfaction, and supporting the growth of a well‑established property investment business.

Key responsibilities

• Market vacant flats to achieve rapid occupancy.
• Liaise with tenants on maintenance issues and coordinate timely repairs.
• Collect rents, chase arrears and manage tenancy paperwork.
• Serve legal notices, attend court proceedings when required.
• Handle utility communications, deposit returns, disputes and deductions.
• Oversee maintenance projects, including full refurbishments and regular property inspections.
• Obtain and evaluate repair estimates on behalf of landlords.
• Arrange check‑in/check‑out inventories and negotiate lease renewals.
• Verify references and authorise contractor invoices.
• Work both independently and collaboratively, taking initiative as needed.
