Property Manager – Residential Portfolio (Stoke Poges)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Property Manager to oversee a residential portfolio for a leading independent estate agency in Stoke Poges. The role offers a genuine 9‑to‑5 schedule, on‑site office with free parking, and the chance to develop within a family‑run, multi‑branch business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a residential portfolio, ensuring seamless operations and high landlord satisfaction.
• Manage a trusted network of contractors, organise quotes and supervise essential property works.
• Act as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, resolving queries with professionalism.
• Monitor rent accounts, manage arrears and maintain clear communication.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the Landlord and Tenant Act, ensuring legal notices and safety certifications are current.
• Handle tenancy renewals, end‑of‑tenancy inspections and deposit negotiations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in residential property management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to handle difficult conversations calmly.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Good understanding of current UK property legislation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with property management software such as TECLET (advantage).
