Property Manager – Southampton

About the role

Leaders, a reputable property group within LRG, is looking for a motivated Property Manager to join its Southampton team. This fast‑paced role offers the chance to develop a career in property management while delivering high‑quality service to tenants and landlords.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and landlords, handling inquiries and providing support.
• Schedule and coordinate property viewings, inspections, and maintenance appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of tenancy agreements, rent payments, and property documentation.
• Assist with rent collection, arrears management, and lease renewals.
• Collaborate with the Team Manager/Head of Centre to ensure service standards are met.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in property management is beneficial but not essential.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using property management software or similar digital tools.
• Basic knowledge of tenancy legislation and landlord‑tenant relations.
