Senior Sales Consultant

About the role

The Senior Sales Consultant will grow the property register by winning new instructions and supporting the Branch Manager to maximise branch profit. You will deliver first‑class client experiences and work within a motivated, target‑driven team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and maximise business opportunities, advertise properties and arrange viewings.
• Provide exceptional customer service both over the phone and face‑to‑face.
• Achieve personal and branch sales targets and build alliances through active networking.
• Act as the communication link between client and vendor, ensuring accurate information flow.
• Prepare accurate property details, manage data entry and support the sale from viewing to close.
• Assist branch management with ad‑hoc tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a residential sales agent with a proven track record.
• Strong sales ability, high level of customer service and a positive telephone manner.
• Self‑starter with tenacity, negotiation skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Responsive to change and able to work independently.
