Property Sales Administrator – CRM, Xero & AI (Remote, UK Hours)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Property Sales Administrator to support a luxury real‑estate client based in Kensington, London. Working remotely on UK business hours, you will be the hub for CRM, invoicing and AI‑driven process automation, ensuring a seamless journey for vendors, buyers, landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and clean CRM data, apply tagging and ensure record accuracy.
• Conduct AML checks and client due‑diligence.
• Coordinate viewings, inspections and appointments for sales and lettings.
• Prepare contracts, sales documentation and vendor/tenant onboarding packs.
• Manage Xero invoicing, payment tracking and financial reporting.
• Update digital files and workflows using OneDrive, ASANA (or Monday.com) and the in‑house application.
• Support website property updates and change‑of‑ownership administration.
• Generate sales trackers, cash‑flow reports and ad‑hoc sales analytics for meetings.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline processes across the business.
