About the role
We are looking to recruit a Property Services Administrator to join our team at our Stockport office. Creative Support’s Property Services Department is a busy, supportive team with a positive working culture, offering an excellent opportunity to develop administrative skills within a national not‑for‑profit housing provider.
Key responsibilities
- Raise purchase orders for cyclical and responsive works.
- Track jobs raised through departmental helpdesks.
- Follow up on actions arising from fire risk assessments.
- Order surveys, organise access to properties and maintain accurate records and property databases.
- Support coordination of contractors and respond to internal and external enquiries.
Required profile
- Positive, can‑do attitude.
- Keen to learn and contribute to a busy office environment.
