Property Transfer Administrator (Sublets)

About the role

The Property Transfer Administrator (Sublets) will manage the day‑to‑day processing of sublet applications for a leading property company in Bournemouth. You will act as the primary contact for solicitors, estate agents, homeowners and other stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and compliant transfer process.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review and verify all documentation required for sublet transfers.
• Raise and process administration fees, monitoring payment deadlines and following up on outstanding amounts.
• Provide clear, compassionate communication to customers and resolve legal or procedural queries.
• Maintain accurate records and set up occupiers in the company’s customer management system.
• Collaborate with solicitors, estate agents and executors to ensure timely completion of transfers.
